Thriving Wolves Ltd. respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects Publishers and Advertisers on the Platform to do the same. This page describes how to submit a copyright-infringement notice under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512(c), and equivalent procedures under EU and UK law.
If you believe that material accessible on or through the Platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent (see Section 5) that includes:

On receipt of a valid notice we will, where appropriate: remove or disable access to the alleged material, notify the Publisher or Advertiser that hosted it, and — where the user has provided contact details — give them a copy of the notice. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
If you believe your material was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our designated agent containing:
Where we receive a valid counter-notice we may, in our discretion, restore the material 10–14 business days after forwarding the counter-notice to the original complainant, unless we receive notice of legal proceedings.
In appropriate circumstances we will terminate the accounts of Publishers, Advertisers and other users who are repeat infringers.
