How and why we use cookies and similar technologies on our website and Platform.
Last updated: January 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Thriving Wolves Ltd. uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and Platform. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They allow websites to recognise your device, remember your preferences and provide measurement. We also use related technologies including local storage, session storage, web beacons (1×1 pixels) and server-to-server postbacks; we refer to all of these as "cookies" in this policy.
These cookies are required for the Platform to function — for example, to keep you signed in, to remember your form progress and to provide security against cross-site request forgery. You cannot opt out of strictly necessary cookies.
Remember your preferences (e.g. dashboard layout, timezone, currency). Disabling these may degrade the experience but does not break core functionality.
Help us understand which pages and features partners use, so we can improve the product. Where required by law, these are only set after consent.
Used to measure the performance of our own marketing campaigns and — separately — to attribute conversions from Publisher tracking links to the correct campaign and Publisher. Affiliate tracking cookies are explained at the point of click.
| Name | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| tw_session | Strictly necessary | Authenticated session | Session |
| tw_csrf | Strictly necessary | Cross-site request forgery protection | Session |
| tw_pref | Functional | Dashboard preferences (timezone, currency) | 1 year |
| tw_click | Marketing / attribution | Affiliate click ID for conversion attribution | 30 days |
| tw_ab | Analytics | Internal A/B testing of product surfaces | 90 days |
We use a small number of third-party providers, including a privacy-friendly font CDN (Bunny Fonts), our hosting CDN, and email-delivery infrastructure. Where we use third-party analytics, we configure them in a privacy-preserving way (IP truncation, no cross-site tracking).
Most browsers let you view, manage and delete cookies through their settings. You can also use private/incognito browsing to limit cookie persistence. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the Platform from functioning correctly. Where consent is required (EU, UK, parts of LATAM), we present a cookie banner; you can change your choices at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page.
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no industry-wide standard for responding to DNT. We do not currently respond to DNT signals; we honour the consent choices you make through our cookie banner instead.
We will update this policy when we change our cookies. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
